Classes:

All classes are designed to fit the individual needs, and goals of the student. For this reason only private or small group lessons are available. Group classes are organized by the students not by the instructor. This way friends and family can train together privately. This can be a great bonding experience or simply a good way to make sure that everyone in the group has the same goals in mind.

Classes can even be held within the privacy of your own home, or in a park setting of your choice. Students may also choose the areas they want their class to focus on. These areas include:

            Physical Fitness and Well-Being

  • Strength training
  • Balance conditioning
  • Flexibility
  • Endurance

Meditation   (The balancing of mind and body)

  • Standing meditation
  • Moving meditation
  • Sitting meditation
  • Increase mental focus and mental strength
  • Learn to relieve stress and anxiety
  • Learn to be relaxed under pressure
  • Increase awareness

Self-Defense (Utilizing principles of the following styles)

  • Wing Chun
  • American Kenpo
  • Judo
  • Aikido

  • Shukudo

Women self-defense classes are also available.

About the Instructor:

Jeremy Morris has over 23 years of experience in the martial arts. He began studying Judo when he was six years old, and from there moved on to study various styles over the years, including: Shukudo, American Kenpo, Muy Thai, Wing Chun, Aikido, Tai Chi Chuan (Yang, Wu, Sun, and Chen), Lu Ha Ba Fa, Nan Chuan, and Chan Chuan.
Sifu Morris has now been teaching martial arts for the past nine years in San Diego, California, and in Arequipa, Peru.
“A forever student” as he calls himself, Sifu Morris is still continuing his own study of the arts. He states that, “No one is truly a ‘master’, because there is always more to learn, and room to grow.” This is the basis of his classes; no belts, no sashes, no ranks, only the desire to improve one’s self.
